Your home base is in the historic Grassmarket, directly below Edinburgh Castle and about a 10-minute walk from Waverley Station. Expect stylish studio and 1–2 bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes and space to dine, relax, or work—plus on-site comforts like a fitness room, bar, and an optional breakfast bar (for a fee). The address places you steps from independent boutiques, cafés, and Old Town landmarks, with iconic castle views framing your daily strolls.

Centered around our weekly "Lunch Club," the experience includes a guided Old Town orientation walk, an Edinburgh Castle outlook and photo stop, and a whisky distillery tour with tastings. Welcome and farewell gatherings and a weekly community happy hour round out the program, while long, open weekends give you the freedom to explore at your own pace with guidance from your Community Manager.
